Side by side with dedicated mechanics, planners, supervisors and support staff, our team built and battle-tested PAMC on real shop floors giving high-performing MROs the tools to scale and struggling ones a path back to profitability.
A team from inside the hangar
PAMC was built by people who have lived every rung of the MRO ladder licensed aircraft maintenance technicians, shop supervisors, planners, production managers, directors of operations and executive leaders from some of North America's most respected maintenance organizations. Together with a team of engineers and software specialists, they turned decades of hangar experience into a single platform.
The same problems, everywhere
Across every hangar our team walked into, the story was identical: brilliant people held back by disconnected systems. Quoting teams guessed at costs. Planners chased certifications across spreadsheets. Purchasing missed parts. Production worked blind. Payroll spent days reconciling punch data with reality. And leadership only learned the financial truth weeks after a project closed.
We evaluated many of the leading ERP platforms, and while each has some strengths, most are designed around manufacturing, distribution or generic service workflows. Aviation maintenance has its own rhythm, regulations and realities, and we saw an opportunity to build something purpose-built for it.
